Not sure exactly what to lead with regarding the quality of service Jonathan Davis provided my wife and I regarding the purchase of our home in New Tampa. We were referred to speak with Jonathan by our realtor, who spoke extremely high of him. Almost unbelievably too high in regards to how great he was with closing loans and even more specifically, VA loans. Jonathan was very attentive to our requests and many, many questions...and we had a lot. And with that said, he never seemed bothered or frustrated with making sure we understood every step of the process. There aren't enough good things to say! Jonathan was able to get us closed in a time when we were beyond stressed. We had just gotten married and were out of the country on our honeymoon for 10 days during the time our house was under contract. I won't lie, we had a lot of questions and really didn't understand a lot of how the mortgage loan process had changed in the last several years. Jonathan kept his patience and professionalism when dealing with us every time his phone rang, even though he probably knew we were going to be asking more questions.
